Phase 1 - Identification of School

We identify early learning centers in poor structural condition that pose risks to children’s health and safety. To qualify for support, centers must have valid registration and meet compliance requirements set by the relevant Ministries.

Phase 2 - Strengthening Learning & Programs

We support centers in aligning their curriculum with national standards and introduce extra-curricular activities that promote holistic child development including Chess, Coding & Robotics, Gardening, Environmental Literacy, Sports, and the Arts.

Phase 3 - Educating The Educator

Supporting teachers and caregivers through access to skill enhancement and capacity development programs to advance their expertise, ensuring maximum learning outcomes. These trainings are delivered in collaboration with recognized institutions licensed to provide early childhood education certification.
