IMPACT

1. Better Learning Spaces

  • Kindergartens rebuilt into safe, child-friendly centers.
  • Centers are able to accommodate more children (+ 40% increase) 
  • Our second reconstructed school is fully solar-powered, the first of its kind in the community, enabling clean energy use and income-generating opportunities.

2. Increased Earnings of Caregivers

  • Teachers’ monthly earnings have increased due to larger enrolment and improved school facilities.
  • Additional support staff were hired post-construction, improving teacher-student ratios and lesson delivery.

3. Creating Job Opportunities for Artisians

  • Over 400 project-based  job opportunities created for local artisans since inception
  • We partner with Vocational Training Institutions to offer industrial placements for students,  giving them real work experience while contributing to community development.
